Jeremy VanDevender is a seasoned healthcare executive and provider with over 25 years of experience driving success across a variety of outpatient healthcare settings. His deep industry expertise, combined with a passion for innovation and operational excellence, has positioned him as a leader in consumer-facing healthcare.

Jeremy began his career as a licensed physical therapist, specializing in the management of elite athletes and complex orthopedic rehabilitation. This hands-on clinical experience provided him with unique insights into the challenges providers face in today’s evolving healthcare landscape.

Over the years, Jeremy has worked closely with private equity and venture capital investors, as well as private practitioners, to create significant value and investment returns. His leadership in growth strategy, operational execution, and business development has fueled success through a combination of same-store growth initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, new facility openings, payer negotiations, strategic partnerships, and talent development.

Most recently, Jeremy served as Chief Revenue Officer and Board Director at Ivy Rehab Network, a leading national provider of outpatient and pediatric rehabilitation services. During his tenure from 2016 to 2024, he played a pivotal role in expanding Ivy from approximately 40 locations to nearly 700 across 25+ states in partnership with Waud Capital Partners. Under his leadership, Ivy became a national force in orthopedic and pediatric rehabilitation.
